èצӰ graduates have the benefit of a strong liberal arts education that incorporates great internships, student-faculty research, and access to a network of amazing alumni. A new nationwide survey shows they also have the distinction of being very successful.

èצӰ graduates are ranked 13 for highest mid-career salary, tied with Notre Dame, Dartmouth, and Harvard, according to a PayScale survey of graduates from 1,058 colleges and universities.

“This is great validation of what we know to be true — a èצӰ education prepares our graduates for not only a great first job, but more importantly, for a highly successful career,” said Michael Sciola, associate vice president for advancement and director of career services.

èצӰ alumni earn an average of $111,000 at mid-career, the survey finds. The earnings data puts èצӰ alumni  ahead of peers from such schools as Yale ($105,000) and Middlebury ($90,400).

The study ranked colleges based on the average salary of alumni who have approximately 15 years of work experience, and does not take into account students with advanced degrees. The full survey by PayScale, which is the leading online provider of employee compensation data, can be found .

In October last year, èצӰ landed on a list of universities with the most Fortune 100 executives. èצӰ has four alumni listed as top executives, and is the only Patriot League representative on the list.

While some of the schools on the C-Suite list have enrollments of more than 30,000 students, èצӰ is noted as being well represented in the corporate board room on a per capita basis.
